Stretching

This program takes a different approach to your fitness journey. If you are new to an exercise program and need a more hands-on type of approach, this is for you. We begin with a few in-tandem, live workout sessions to get you comfortable with exercise movement and form. We take things slow and ensure you have all the confidence you need to move forward.
On the other hand, if you've been working out on your own for awhile, via Trainerize or videos from me, and find you need a boost of motivation with some live workouts, these are just what you need to restart that fire within.
