Frequently Asked Questions
I'm here to help!
Absolutely not. Whether you're just getting started or getting back on track after time away, coaching is designed to meet you where you are and help you progress at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.
No. I work with adults of all ages and fitness levels. However, many of my clients are women who are navigating changes in their health, energy, metabolism, or body composition and are looking for a realistic approach to improving their health.
You're not alone. Many of my clients come to me after years of starting and stopping programs. My coaching focuses on building sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle rather than relying on restrictive diets or unrealistic workout plans.
No. While meal plans can be provided when appropriate, my goal is to help you understand nutrition, develop healthier habits, and make confident food choices that you can maintain long-term.
Every fitness plan is customized to your goals, experience level, available equipment, schedule, and any movement limitations. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Your health and safety always come first. Programs can be modified to accommodate many injuries, movement restrictions, and medical considerations. These will be discussed during your consultation and throughout coaching.
Communication frequency depends on the coaching option you choose, but all coaching plans include ongoing support, accountability, and regular check-ins to help keep you on track.
I believe health and fitness should be sustainable. Instead of quick fixes, fad diets, or extreme workout programs, I focus on helping clients build confidence, develop lasting habits, and create a healthier lifestyle that works in the real world.
The Nourish & Thrive Method is my coaching framework designed to simplify nutrition and fitness, build sustainable habits, and help clients create lasting results through personalized guidance, accountability, and support.
Not necessarily. Programs can be designed around your available equipment, whether that's a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or no equipment at all.
Yes. Guided Fitness Coaching sessions are available for clients who would like hands-on instruction, accountability, exercise form feedback, or additional support alongside their coaching plan.
The first step is scheduling a complimentary discovery call. We'll discuss your goals, challenges, and determine which coaching option is the best fit for your needs.
