  • Why should I hire a personal trainer?
    If you need a little extra support and accountability to achieve you goals, a personal trainer can help guide you. You are getting a fitness plan that is customized to meet your needs, goals and any restrictions that might be present.
  • How does online personal training work?
    Online personal training can work in a few different ways. Live, one on one, workouts via Zoom, FaceTime or another app, where you work together with your trainer, in real time. You also have the option to workout on your own via a pre-recorded video or a programmed workout through an app called Trainerize.
  • Do I need any equipment?
    No, not at all! I can create workouts using only body weight movements. If you do have some of your own equipment, I will always incorporate that into your workout!
  • Do I need a laptop or mobile phone?
    Yes, you can work out from either your smartphone or laptop. I recommend you join sessions using your laptop or a tablet because a larger screen helps you see your trainer better.
  • Can live training consist of more than one person?
    Yes! Live online sessions can consist of up to two people of similar ability.
  • What if I have to cancel my session?
    Please make every effort to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation. If there are continuous last-minute cancels, the client will be charged 100% of session cost.
  • Are there refunds?
    There are no refunds - All sales are final.
